EU Right of Withdrawal
Your Right to Cancel and Return
As a customer based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order and return items under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Return Window
You have 28 days from the date of delivery of the last item in your order to notify us that you wish to return your purchase. Items must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
How to Request a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please log in to your account and submit a return request through your order history, or contact us at info@naughtonandwilson.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Please review your return request confirmation for details on return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal:
- Opened or used products
- Items that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
